Regarding the release, I don't feel it is lame at all. Times have changed in the scene and obtaining games via methods like in the past have been over since many years, except for the occassional ripoff from Protovision. I agree on the reference however. CSDB controls the titles, unfortunately a "release" is not correct (as game originals are classified as releases) and "crack" is not correct (as no game protection), so there is no category that accurately describes most releases by cracking groups. The correct terminology _possibly_ is "cracker release" or "cracking group release".
