I would like to share a story that has Enzyme connections..

There was a time when i spent just over a year holed up in a house with:
Uzzy - Uzzy
Gremlin - Gremlin
Riot - David Dewar
Junad Warhad - (no CSDb link)

Our aim was to make games for the Commodore 64 :)
The fact was, the Commodore 64 commercial life was nearing it’s end.
One by one, various tenant’s would exit the house.
I was the 2nd to last to exit. Riot was the last the leave..
..it was all good fun, sort of..

I never forget the trip from Hull down to London, in my Citroen 2CV, me driving, Junad in the passenger seat, and Riot in the back on the floor, as there was no rear seat. We visited a computer show, and got to see for the first time the Nintendo Snes running Street Fighter II. We were blown away!
The Citroen 2CV featured on a disk sleeve to one of the issues of The Tribune

Elaroo - Elaroo Preview
Koshimo - Koshimo Preview V2 +
Bomber - Bomber
House Case - House Case [seuck]
Sub Burner - Sub Burner +2

..all this happened while in that house, on Victoria Ave, Hull, UK

Let’s return to the Enzyme connection J
Junad asked me to make a FLI image for the game (for which I had no input into).
Make a FLI image I did.

Some years down the line, one of my contacts got in touch. His name, Deff of Avantgarde
He offered me £100 for Enzyme and a digitizer for the Commodore 64 (something I had longed for, for quite some time as they were not available in the UK unlike Germany, which sold C64 digitizers).
I received payment, but the digitizer never materialized :(

About this site:
CSDb (Commodore 64 Scene Database) is a website which goal is to gather as much information and material about the scene around the commodore 64 computer - the worlds most popular home computer throughout time. Here you can find almost anything which was ever made for the commodore 64, and more is being added every day. As this website is scene related, you can mostly find demos, music and graphics made by the people who made the scene (the sceners), but you can also find a lot of the old classic games here. Try out the search box in the top right corner, or check out the CSDb main page for the latest additions.
