THIS was indeed my most loved RSI intro ever as well and I loved to use it.
Fun fact: Mr.President always provided his intros as source and on at least one its nearly impossible to edit the scroller without source :)

Music in this intro is a bad rip of 8th frame/Jeff, the good version is in Jeff's dir so the bad rip was removed from HVSC ages ago.

It says tune by JEFF and in the intro it credits Jeroen Tel... :D

Well, it sounds wrong in this intro...
