The fix is rather easy, in vicemon before pressing space to exit the intro: un 200 press space, when the monitor pops up: un 812 and then f 816 81f 78 x to remove the offending instructions. The 2nd part is in the d64 hosted on CSDb as "PROGEN/POWERZONE", text in it says that this demo was spread with the error between parts, so they re-released the 2nd part alone.
