AVF plugin for MP3@64 V0.30

AVF is a new animation format for the C64, which plays animation at 25 frames
per second on a stock C64, and additionally, plays synchronized MP3 sound at
96kbps for the lucky people who own a MP3@64. Copy this plugin into your
SYSTEM64 folder, and play back *.avf files by selecting the file with the cursor
and pressing RETURN. You can stop the video any time by pressing any key.

Decription of AVF format, Starting from file offset 0.

One frame consists of:

3040 byte video frame (Multicolour video data)
32 bytes reserved
480 bytes MP3 data, 96kbps
32 bytes reserved
