Hmm.. Seeing how TCHs pictures are UFLI and how badly it flick0rs, I would venture a guess this is some kind of elaborate joke on our behalf... or on interlaced formats in general! 8)
But the joke is a bit unfair, since (M)UIFLI is very very easy on the eyes (because it's hires already) and hardly flickers. In fact you have complete control over how much and where it flickers, if you want 95% of the picture to be static, no problem!.. Completely different thing than with IFLI and its ever-present $d016 flicker! ;-)

I don't know.. It flickers a bit too much for my taste :/.
