The changes from the 'normal' Topaz Editor are these issues:

1) Added support for different drive numbers, meaning that you aren't limited of using drive #8 if you're running the program from a 1581 or a second 1541.

2) Improved cursor steering.

3) The color handling routine is improved so that chars with the same colors use the same background and foreground settings. There isn't any visual difference - but there's a hell of a difference if you intend to add effects like f.ex colorscrolling to it.
