Pretty cool tune. I rather like the sound of it. Quite impressive usage of waveforms. Thumbs up!

Love it! Would have liked more changes/freak outs. Totally opposite to Steppe, the melody really hits my musical nerve.

The attack of the lead tomato came out a bit too wavery for my taste in some places.. regardless I like this piece.. It seems to get better and better the more times I play it.

This tune is above average so I'm giving it a six.

Nice fireworks of sound effects. Very nice actually. The echoed snare, cool! The melody department doesn't rock me too much, but that's probably just you failing to hit my musical nerve in general, I guess. Definitely one of your best tunes so far!

Hey Jan, one of your best tunes so far, dude!
You were probably sober when producing this ;)

Not long ago I started to upload my early '90s unreleased SIDs. Compared to these high quality instruments of Ascension (especially the snare sounds), they sound like a rabid electric blender gone wild :D Okay, that represent a stlye, too, but still...

This tune is not really for me but the sounds and the way it is composed are awesome.

Man, it is stunning what you guys can squeeze out of SID chips now'days...

I like the melodies very much, and the multispeed sound effects shows me again a new face of C64 SID.
Some really interesting things, I like the Attacked lead and could imagine the tune as a 90's cracktro-zak.

Thanks for the experience.

Ok, what have we got here. A good variety arrangementwise and some really nice multispeed instruments VS. some really bad choices in the slide and attack department on the lead.

Overall, I'm pretty impressed. Did you actually pull this off all by yourself Jan ? If so, hat's off.

So that text-file last time was just released to lower the expectations before releasing a decent tune? ;)
It worked!

This is obviously a multispeed tune, even though the display on the screen kind of hides that. That is not a criticism or anything.. just pointing it out.

Edit: Checked now.. seems to be 6-speed.

Nice melody stuff... I don't like the attack on the lead sound though! For some weird reason I had an association to an old module I once did called One-on-One... I think it's something about the overall feeling...
