Instructions
When reading a letter:
F1 - pause
F2 - restart letter
F3 - make hardcopy of the screen
F5 - normal printing speed
F6 - fast printing speed
F7 - musid display on
F8 - music display off
Space - hyper printing speed

When writing a letter:
F1: pause 1
F2: pause 2
F3: increase border color
F4: increase background color
F5: normal printing speed
F6: fast printing speed
F8: enter menu

Menu options:
C - continue writing
V - view letter and continue writing, run/stop to continue writing from the point of viewing
F - finish, crunch and save letter
S - save unfinished letter (saves only the text, not font or music) for later editing
L - load unfinished letter
B - begins new letter, old letter will be erased
P - pick new music
D - disk directory
U - user font load
