Text from Pearls for Pigs

Description:Text in endpart
Text: ars longa, vita brevis! the end of a journey, or is this just the beginning of a new one? sometimes life seems so short and other times it seems to last forever... in our lives, we experience, travel, learn and grow, mostly by meeting and working with other people. we have our good friends valsary, sander and electric to thank for taking a small part in our joint journey and we hope you all like to travel together with us once more in the future. who knows what it will bring! also thanks to krill and jacques d'asseur for adapting the loader to cooperate with our dirart and for making it possible to use all of the 40 tracks which commodore denied us in the first place.. a big part of the lesson this time, is that time indeed flies when you're having fun, which basically is our excuse for not having this demo finished 100%.. maybe a full version will appear sometime on csdb... we hope you enjoyed the party so far and we are enjoyed to see all of you again after all these years! the way the scene is going, there is no need anymore to talk about how good things used to be! the time is now and x-2008 is the proof of that! ok.. enough whiskey talk.. we love x and we thank everyone for showing up again and making it the best c64 party ever, with over 180 visitors.. we would definitely love to swaffel these guys again at x-2010.. success+the ruling company (brothers in krime), silicon ltd (pilletjes bij de deur), extend (mucho gracias), booze design (where's the gluhwein?), elysium (pawel, you should have been here!!), focus, instinct, horizon, oxyron (we have interferences which can beat your interferences), arsenic (nice pants), camelot (nice underwear), viruz, resource, plush, beyond force (nice joint he?), the maniacs of noise (excellent performance), reyn (dansplaatjes!), k2, the dreams, fairlight, triad, toondichters and special sausages fly out to the farmer's wife!

About this site:
CSDb (Commodore 64 Scene Database) is a website which goal is to gather as much information and material about the scene around the commodore 64 computer - the worlds most popular home computer throughout time. Here you can find almost anything which was ever made for the commodore 64, and more is being added every day. As this website is scene related, you can mostly find demos, music and graphics made by the people who made the scene (the sceners), but you can also find a lot of the old classic games here. Try out the search box in the top right corner, or check out the CSDb main page for the latest additions.
