In 1998 http://martinland.mur.at came into existence and has been online in this very same form ever since. Later, between 2003 and 2006, the freelancer doing 2D/3D-animation, cartoons, programming, and music (analogue, electronic, chip, and Theremin) became known as Martinland...

Trivia :
Martinland was exposed to the Commodore 64 in 1984 and enjoyed gaming, a little bit of programming, and collecting disks. He managed to produce, under his real name, his first commercial scene release in 1992 as SID composer, game code by Antitrack (5 a Row). After disappearing for yet another decade and then being mesmerized by the still ongoing demo scene he re-emerged as Martinland, broadcasting an Austrian radio show with the same name (that quite often features SID music - playlists: http://martinland.mur.at/rs_f.html, downloads: http://martinland.mur.at/ctg/#show), regularly drawing comic strip "Lo*bert" for retro magazine "Lotek64" (http://www.lotek64.com/hp/artikel/lobert/index.php), designing the box art and pixeling as well as animating in-game sequences (Heroes & Cowards +D [english/german]) which lasted from 2009 to 2015(!), organizing bi-monthly Commodore meeting "CTG" in Austria (http://martinland.mur.at/ctg), and finally creating his first complete, interdisciplinary demo in the beginning of 2013 (CTG), inspired by the scene and motivated by the 30th anniversary of the C-64.
