C-NET BBS run in North Chicago from 1986 - 1989. Sysop was Hitman (Fluffy) and Professor Anthrax. Hardware was a C64 breadbin with 3 1581's for storage. Started with a 1200, then 2400, then 9600 and finally a 14.4 as 2 young, broke kids in IL were able to afford the upgrades.
Trafficked in Warez. Shut down when Hitman moved to New Jersey.
