I really hate it when oversized diamonds fall on my head in a dark cave. Other than that, I'm in!

Old farts may cause lung cancer... so consider to breath fresh air ;) Anyway, should I count you in(side)?

5 inside sleeping places only? Most people here are getting old and need to get to bed early and actually: to bed! :)

There are additional informations now:

All in all there are five beds for booking in the house for the 50€ over night stay.

If you are into Boulder Dash (without the Dash, heheh), you may climb some mountains around and peek into some caves.

Additional pictures have been uploaded.

If there are more than 50 attendees, we also could book some musicians for a nice campfire fun or even a band for a live gig.

So please write a mail to Brainstorm or add yourself for participating here on csdb.

Thank you!

The C64 Outdoor Party Event

The real party is Outside!

Lots of space for tents

Sleeping places in the house for maximum 5 persons available!

Barbecue

campfire

SID-Tune party

Demo Show

Outdoor shower and toilet

Bathing pool

The BEE Party will take place for the first time in 2020. It is a C64 event at a very special location. There is a small house, but it is not big enough for everybody, so we are mostly outside. There, in a shelter sheltered from rain, the demo show and the SID-tune party will take place. Next door there is a small pool (3m diameter approx. 1.50m deep) which we can use. We put up a big grill. Please bring your own meat/food and drinks.

Since we have no fixed power supply, we have to generate our electricity with generators. Therefore computers brought along cannot be connected to our power supply. The generator has not enough power for several C64 and our technology. So if you want to take a C64 with you, you have to provide batteries or electricity yourself. In agreement with us, the batteries can be recharged at times when we need little power.

Because of the cost planning a reservation for the party is mandatory. If you want to sleep in the house, please say so when you register. There are only 5 sleeping places in the house. The first 5 guests who register for a house sleeping place will get a bed, all others have to sleep in the tent. Please bring your own tents. The place for tents is big enough. Because of the space, however, a maximum of 50 people can be accommodated in total.

There is one toilet and one shower inside the house, and another toilet and shower outside.

Unfortunately the rent for the location has to be paid. Therefore we have to charge the following costs:

Party guests with overnight stay in tents: 35 Euro

Party guests with overnight stay: 50 Euro
