Group id #1248 : The Hidden Forces

In THF's demo "Dramatical" released on June 4th, 1988 they announced their death and the birth of Abnormal.

The release date of the THF demo "Propulsion" is stated as June 14th, 1988 without any single mention of Abnormal.

Anyone knows more?

I have not seen any of the demos in question. But according to this article from the norwegian magazine "Datormagazin";

http://www.vktv.no/~hbh/abnormal/download/articles/abnormal_art..

We can find that Abnormal was born on the 16th june 1988. Also that Abnormal was the product of The Hidden Forces(THF) and Laser Cracking Service/Norway (LCS) joining into one group.

The reason for this to happen, was because Power/THF had done a part for a LCS demo and when the leader of LCS, Hero, saw the result he thought it was to good that he contacted THF and asked if they wanted to merge into one group.

The article also tells why they choosed the name Abnormal. Since it had 8 letters it was good for sprites. They also wanted to be first in A-Z greetings, making sure people always should see them..

Still, this does not answer your question about the demo "Dramatical".

my guess the release date given in "Dramatical" is simply wrong.
