Group id #3298 : Octagon
I've been thinking about this Drive + Octagon coop and the releases made after Octagon was officially put to rest.
I read here that a guy called "Hunter"
(who apparently was in octagon with us at the time, though i never heard anything about him during the time) tried to rebuild the group around 1991.
I dont consider this "rebuilt" Octagon to have any official affiliation with the original group (Mr.Fiend being the founder and he had left the scene in 1989 already).
This "new" Octagon would also explain why i have no recollection of us ever beeing in coop with drive.
This "Hunter" guy seems to have a history with unlicsenced resurrections of past groups (seeing he tried to rebuild Paramount in 1993)

It looks like the coop info was added by me, but almost 4 years ago so I can't remember where I got the info. Maybe something in Psycho +F, but I can't check that right now. |

Sex 'n Crime #1 mentions this in the 'rumours' section:
"P A R A M O U N T probably consists of some members from mcg, octagon and drive".
That's about all 'interesting' information I could find :)

This Hunter was quite a person:
Skyhigh #6 says: "hunter got kicked out of talent as he was the real organizer of the fake paramount pardey"

There were (at least) two Octagons, the latter blissfully unaware that the name had been previously used. The entries "Electroshock", "When the going gets tough .. " and "Bitmap converter" were created by the latter. I've created a group entry for Octagon (DK) and I'll ask the moderators to correct the entries. |

Welcome to Hell
Maybe also worth being told in Shining 8 entry (<- also locked) Trivia as well as S8 having emerged from
