Release id #166746 : Machine Lightning V1.2L

Hi,

I am interested in getting the original of this package, since the crack here is only the 64-MAC/MON tool and the full original release has in addition a sprite editor, basic lightning and graphics routines. I know there is a separate release of the Basic lightning, but the ML is a 4 tool package, not just one monitor/assembler.

Does anyone have this somewhere?

I think I have a .d64 of my original. I don’t believe it’s protected. The manual is though (black text on red) but I’ve seen that scanned elsewhere. Will try to find the disk image tomorrow.

Taking the opportunity to repeat Wertstahl's question from the comments here:
"The screenshots on the back of the Manual... do these Programs/Games exist?"

I found this from my dumps. Has BL, WL, ML, DEMO and SPTGEN.

That is a great start! I am still missing some stuff, that should be on the original. For example, the manual states that the user can load the graphics routines by loading a file called IDEAL from disk. So if tlr can dig up that original D64 somewhere, that would be awesome.

Perhaps the games on the screenshot would be on the original release package. I will try to look for them as well. I wonder how many people actually made games with this software.

Right! that seems to have all those files, I noticed the "ideal" file as well. And "examples".
