yeah, I'm also interested, but if it was known, I probably could have already credited the sid and added the credit to the CSDb entry by now ;)
All is known that it's probably a derived work, a asm conversion from a basic tune

/DEMOS/UNKNOWN/Newcomers_Intro.sid
COMMENT: There is a randomizer in the playroutine so you'll get a different
         lead everytime you restart the tune.
         Probably an assembly conversion of /DEMOS/M-R/Muso_64_BASIC.sid

Professor Chaos did a bit of research and found out that the tune /DEMOS/M-R/Muso_64_BASIC.sid was actually printed, in both BASIC and machine code form, in Happy Computer 7/85.
So the authors are the same for both, and /DEMOS/UNKNOWN/Newcomers_Intro.sid will be renamed as
/DEMOS/M-R/Muso_64.sid and recredited to "Martin Wernecke & Rüdiger Wenski" in HVSC#70.
