For the main/plain compo the main rule is: - If you can print it, it's PETSCII - upper or lower C64 CharROM case and $d020/$d021 can be picked freely - fullscreen, baby, 40x25 tiles - 2 entries per competitor, you can withdraw competing releases within deadline, e.g. to be replaced by newer works. Hankypanky like Multicolor/ECM/animation/scrolling/Splits/whatever will be moved to "Mixed" (<- also 2 entries per competitor allowed). And as usual I reserve the right to disqualify poorly-wired pr0n, nazi stuff or mere shit. More info ASAP, now flex your fingers or bang your heads on the keyboards!
