C65/M65 forum

Hi,

I was wondering. Would it be possible to have a c65/Mega65 forum here on CSDB? I like the idea of having all my 8-bit Commodore stuff consolidated :)

8-bit? Last time I checked the M64 was running on ARM processor. ;)

(Sorry.. couldn't resist. Anyway, I doubt that there would be much interest for having such a forum here. After all, there is not even special forums for plus4 or so here, and the purpose of this site is for archiving C64 scene stuff specifically. At one point I actually owned a C65, but I can tell for sure that at that time the C65 scene was truly 100% non-existant. :D )

I strongly doubt a subforum for C65 stuff will surface. I personally dont think there will come that software flood the HW devs hope for but still take the chance to link to the only "Related Release" entry around here:

Mega Intro 65

Its not the only "related" release (last time i checked, mega65 was still not able to show everything, but at least some parts were not completely broken)

They are more into those "mega" functions than making it a proper C65 clone :)

Don't be so negative. I'm sure a bad looking, uber slow Doom port will come that's completely unplayable.

Time to open-source your Doom-style engine with portals from Andropolis then. =)
