if you have 1/2 a clue and relised how sceners or people close to the scene, who worked for them got "treated"...

then you might think about your support for them.

ask old developers who worked for them to comment on how wonderful they were to work for.. you'll find many decline to comment... that should give you your answer.

(3 people I know worked for them, as they were only down the road)
