Sorry to say, but the remix is just horrible. Even if it's a "tongue-in-cheek" kinda thing, it is just really, really bad.

It's not horrible as wacek puts it but it isn't great either.
Almost (apart of some short breaks) 7 minutes listening to the same melody line is quite tiresome.
Adding a 4/4 beat and some phaser effects doesn't make it a club hit.
Make it shorter, add some variation, add some extra layers.
Or go the Aphex Twin way and use a sliced up Funky Drummer loop and go berzerk :D |

Even if the Boulderdash groove is good enough to camouflage a lack of effort, a few more steps to actually make the music your own would make your brief burst of happiness last alot longer. |
