WinVICE Bug left and right shift, known?
When i press left and right shift key in WinVICE2.4 simultaneously, shift is locked without any possibility to unlock again (In contrast to normal shift lock).
Is this a bug or a feature and is this known?
Only a quit and restart of vice resets to normal behaviour.

When locked, press caps lock and then shift/caps lock a couple of times to unlock. Saves resetting. |

please try with a recent snapshot from vice.pokefinder.org ... i vaguely recall some shift related problem being fixed since 2.4 |

Just downloaded the latest snapshot as recommended. Bug still remains. Anyway, the workaround proposed by aNDy works quite ok. I also discovered that on repeatedly pressing left and right shift simultaneously one can also release lock. Its just not alternatingly locked/unlocked. Lock state change needs several successive left/right shift key presses. |

Maybe a windows related issue, because under linux works cotrectly (no lock at all). |
