Cartridge prototype board

I'm trying to find a cartridge prototyping board, but the 8BitBabys don't seem to be in stock anywhere anymore. My searches just turned up this beauty though:

Unfortunately the language barrier is a bit too much for me, but I'm hoping our Polish speaking friends here can help. If you know where I could get my hands on one (or two or three) of these boards, please let me know!
