Retrogathering 2012

As posted on a few selected Swedish speaking forums, we will this year hold a small multi-platform demo competition at Retrogathering 2012. The idea is to use the Retrogathering logotype and information about the event in a short demo, max 5 minutes. We don't have any size limits, except it should fit within one storage unit (i.e. floppy disk, tape, cartridge - I suppose it'd be a stretch to call a 4 GB SD card one storage unit).
We'd like submissions as digital files and ideally a video recording to spread on the web before the event. The deadline for entries is set to Sunday, September 16.
Prizes are not yet determined, but in order to win at least one representative from each contestant (either an individual or group) should be present at Retrogathering 2012.

Good point about the GBC. Technically it falls within the Z80 category and should be OK. We just overlooked the handheld systems. I'll see about which hardware we can obtain and what we'd have to borrow to make it presentable. |
