If i remember correctly and if you still not find a C128 psu, you can use an Amiga 500/1200 psu. Should work. |

An A500 PSU works, just for a short while, after which your C128 or C64 will stop working. Forever. You do not want this.
A500 PSU supplies 5VDC/12VAC , C64/128 wants 5VDC/9VAC.

not quite true - the 9VAC is going to a rectifier anyway, you can run the c64 with that fine. (you will lose the CIA TOD though, so its not 100% compatible)
however, datasette will no more work i think. and if anything at the user/exp. port expects those 9VAC you'll probably also get unexpected results :) |

I did exactly this and fried my SID-chip somewhat. It kinda works still but sounds terrible. |
