American Fighter & Falcon joined Actual Cracking Entertainment for a while & tried to kick Coco out of the group. When that failed they renamed The Magic Circle into A.C.E. 2000 (info from Cheap Demo 0001)

In True about Coco American Fighter & Falcon give their side of the story which is totally different.
