In most cases it was Mr.Best operating as "The Mafia Guys", he did almost all cracks and probably coded their intros too. There are a couple of exceptions though, including Mr.Venus and Teod (V+T).
Scarface and Al Capone was never mentioned during Assassins. They are first encountered during The Metro Boys.
