This one needs a special cable, right?

So is this what I think it is? The *only* copy program I found that makes use of the c128/1571 2MHz, extra RAM, fast-serial and burst mode for disk copying? Or does this still need a parallel cable to achieve 30 secs?...

If the former: Why wasn't this more popular and widely used back then for the time consuming copy sessions? Only "advanced" people had jiffydos or a parallel cable, but *so* many people had a c128 with 1571 (it was built into the c128d and I do not know a single person with a non-d that did not also have a 1571!)

Hm. The snapshot I just added was made with a linux svn recent version. Looks a little stretched compared to the VDC window output as well. :)
