I do like this sound. It does ofcourse have Randalls sound signature sprinkled all over it. There's also a Tim Follin underlying essence occurring in there, too.

Hey, i just used nice language to say that: the soundscape sounds like porrage :) regardless of intentional or not, it does no good to my ears. the other 2 worktunes that Randall released same day, are much better.

Not quite what i expected, Randall goes easy listening :-D Reminds me of some 70's thing.

jan: don't you know that different genres require different mixing? :P if you hear overlapping then it means that... your ears are getting old regardless of your splendid krk monitors :) sure, there's a lot of mid tones but i don't find them overlapping ;)

@Jan: I don't pretend to know shit about mixing (even though that's what I do for a living), but that 'frequency overlapping' was rather intentional. Like Kevin Shields' concept for "Loveless" (joke, joke).

Very messy and sounds steal frequency from another (bad mixing) - dead plastic 8580 filter. me no like at all...

I really dig this one.
It's like a heavy load for a really good mag.
