Ah, I forgot to mention that Ninja had done an 18 bytes version that was unreleased, but mentioned in a comment in Matrix 19. There is also Matrix Reversed 27 which is related to this one, but has no real significance (it just downscrolls with multiple character codes).

Mace, indeed that was also my thinking, to write a small article that mentions autostart methods in general, some opcode trickery and how collaborative optimization can improve even such a very small code piece.

This thing itself is obviously very trivial, but even in such case it exposes different approaches to size optimization. I will probably open a discussion about this in the forum soon. After laying out important points together, we might post it to the Codebase.

tlr, I highly doubt it is short enough! I am almost sure that somebody will make it go down some more bytes. :-)
