Added full release which includes the missing side 2 and both missing files from side 1 - dmo.prg and the docs.

I'm a bit unsure what we have here. Obviously there were different version of WCL released. This one says after the intro: (1) PLAY FAMOUS COURSES, whereas the version on Arnold says (1) PLAY WORLD CLASS LEADERBOARD.
www.gamebase64.com clears it up a little, it has Famous Courses I-III included with the original WCL.

Anyway, I couldn't find the second side of the ESI crack, so I took the one I found on Arnold and merged them. The game works, but anyone is welcome to provide the "original" second side of the ESI crack.
