There are no 'secrets' in an EasyFlash release, infact it was Skid Row who explained it really well:

For scene it will be best to share Easyflash programming secrets on this thread ;)
Whole point of EF is fast loading, and converted games to EF format should be the ones requiring frequent access to disk.

Yes Knight... you are right!
For now my EF loader is focused on mantain things working like "normal" disk operations, so irqs still available... etc... even this slow down loading...
The real thing i dislike in this release is the saving time: there are 18 saving files but on ef we need to format a whole 64k bank each time we save a single file...
So i used a sort of "double buffer" while saving in order to replace just changed data in a "save file block"...
But this is damn slow for an EF...

No wanting to sound like a whinger, but the load times (due to level packing) are comparable to disk.

Great to have this excellent F1 game in EF format!
It will be even better to have combo EF release with The Cycles - same engine, same loader, same publisher.
