If we are talking about the same group, their name was actually IQ 0 Elite.
I know of one production from them - a collection of music ripped from The Last Ninja.
EDIT - I have found a lot of (paper) letters from them (we used to swap back then). Their name was 100% "IQ 0 Elite", not just "IQ 0" - so I changed the entry
And this Ninja Music demo was released in 1991.
