Mentioned in several Downloading While Intoxicated releases as the group Ice Breaker was in before DWI.
In the recovered scrolltext of Boulderdash Const. Kit it's mentioned that they are beginning their second year (12/26/89).
So they existed from late 88 to.... I'm not sure, but "Sideswipe/TRA" gets greeted by DWI as late as mid 92.
This group is sometimes referred to as ICE / ICE Group in releases. This is not a separate group. If it is then it existed at exactly the same time as TRA and had the same membership, used the same intros, etc. Sometimes both names are used in the same release.
