Wonderful, just wonderful! Usually lots of text and scrollers just bores me, but when you put it like this... So many great effects with letters and words.
And the alien concept art, totally bonkers. Trump the illegal alien was a great shot of humor. The alien concert suddenly materializing near the wrecked soucer was the coolest surprise I've seen in a long time. Such great pixel art too.
The SIDs are so smooth sounding. Great vibes watching this.

Guys, great to meet you all at X!
Just watched this demo again. A very nice demo, despite the bugs.
Partylinking is risky business... ;)

thanx for nice comments. It had to be this way this time because of the really short timeframe it was created in... But in the end I think all of us are happy that we did a demo and added more to the show, it is very important that we can have a play and be at parties and deliver something to the great show we are in the end there for beside all the friendships and all that is so lovely. Lets meet at next X and also on new parties soon.

Albeit it feels a bit on the shorter side, the pixel art is super fine in it while it lasts. The demo is bulit up nicely around a theme, effects wise liked the yellow twisting+streching scroller the most for it's smoothness.

I AM SO SORRY - I´m sorry for all the other excellent productions in the demo-compo @ X16....

Because; you know.... THIS! THIS is for me the next level 64-demo. THE demo - THE demo I´ve been waiting for quite a while now!

- The tune(s) are like perfected superglue being tight as fuck with the most amazing compositions of ear candy. Electric hair in my neck when the "roller" in the middle of crash-landing part / alien-band ... Whohooo! Even the scene-art / poetry actually fucking kick ass!

- The way these fantastic pieces of pixels and art just manage to be so perfectly in place. Just where they should be. When they should be. With these amazing details. Take a deeper look. These so well crafted pieces are loaded with gems, put´ into blinded spots and places. Like; notice how the statue of liberty open up for.. well, grabs :D (when T turns A)

- Then we have the "we don´t have to overdo it to be perfecto"-handcrafted liters of code, where keeping the cool and staying within the superglue is more important than adding another color or another "never-seen-but-boring"-effect. Still the asm-juice is not made from concentrate. It is fresh, and it neither pop or push out of place. Not one single time!

I rarely comment demos, but I had to this time. I don´t belive in god, I belive in goddess - and now I think I actually found her!

<3 DAMN! This was one fucking excellent soup of executable beauty!

Thanks for you comment Bob, glad someone noticed the effort that went into this and all the nice effects.

As far as time to create, 5 weeks out we had virtually nothing and you saw me madly coding at the party while Moh pulled it all together with Carsten doing the main track down to the deadline as well.

Of course all that beautiful art was produced by Pal (before the party :D)

When the team pulls together this is what happens.

Party coding I recommend to anyone. What a rush!

I find it unbelievable that you can do so much content in so little time... didn't this demo start its production right after the summer... I was asking Pantaloon if he is going to do anything for the demo and he said no no-time due to the new battlefield release and deadlines, He was about to give us his basic fader ;) .. and that was in October (like 3 weeks ago)... wtf.. it seems you guys have a magic-wand and being able to do a demo within days..

Cool with the mega tech tech to start off the demo with.. and then beautiful animating UFO... All the Graphical content with such quality in such a short time (How the fuck do you do that?) , that twisting scroller is my fave, really impressive. love the greets, next interesting twisters on second side with the blocks... love the sneaky Trump => Alien ... couldn't agree more ;) the third spiral scroller which was really awesome gave the impression of multiple layers, and the last Alien Concert!.... 2 full disk side of content... Did people miss all the stuff or ? I really liked this demo.. there are several gems in here that some how is more then meets the eye..
and OMP music.. always stuck in my head! you know I still hum the Trick or Treat even today ;) that's how your music affects me...
All in all amazing achievement in such a short notice.
