@Jammer: I hear you, and I would if I could. When I have time again, it is on my to-do list!

Oh my god! I just heard the YouTube version and I realize I missed half the song! None of the samples played in Vice! Dude, this r-o-c-k-s!

I strongly recommend real thing or at least Vice 2.4 then ;) Like... really :D

@Jammer: I haven't got a working C64 at the moment, I played it in Vice (version 2.2 *UNSTABLE* win64 x64 msvc, it says in the About).

Nice samples and fresh look!

Hi pitch noise comes theoreticaly from cycling flaws in sample routine but you keep hearing it on real hardware? ;)

Submitted by Hammerfist on 7 January 2017
I still don’t quite get why I love this so much, but I think it is awesome! One question though: that ‘background’ high pitched sound I keep hearing, is that intentional? It kind of works as it beeps in tune with the music, but it reminds me of when bad electrical equipment emits a high pitched beep all the time. Oh, and animated smileys! Nice little bonus detail!

I bow down to you, Kamil!

Next to composing that funky track you threw in your own sample player, drew that nice logo and coded a fresh and atypical yet very well working coherent intro. Just like that.

Fuck you! <3

Thanks! :) Actually, I have been digging into KickAss for quite a few years but as I was rather into test or unfinished stuff, nothing went public during that time ;)

Congratulations on your debut as coder. Not many people can do this including samples etc on their first attempt, so congratulations!

The most impressive part is of course that you wrote your own sample player for this. Very cool track, and love the layered raster thing!
