@Compyx Once I have a few of them it might be a good idea to merge them into one, sure. But why "converters"? Don't they work?
I might ask why Tcl or Awk? Why not PHP? PHP is more portable- you can use in command line on almost any OS but you can also easily integrate it into a website.

I've seen a few of these "converters" now, and they all use basically the same code. It might indeed be better to refactor the code so it can handle multiple formats, perhaps via a decent command line interface, something your code completely ignores and fucks up.
Also, PHP? What's wrong with Tcl or Awk?

@Marq I write them one by one and I don't know how many I will write. Once I have a converter finished I just publish it here so anybody can use.
And your question is very similar to "does it make sense for people to release single images? why don't they just release slideshows with all their images?"

Wouldn't it make sense to package all these together into some "Converter Compilation" instead of releasing them one by one?

Written in PHP. Source code included. For Windows users there is an EXE. For other OS you'll need PHP interpreter.
