Missing docs added, revealing that TFG is "The Federation Group".

This is an US Import of a release made by German "TFG"/"TFQ" in coop with "PSC" ... The German address to TFG/TFQ is the same that Man of Crime used, so he must have been involved in TFG/TFQ, whatever group that is. Some investigation needed here.
