normally we don't add crack intro credits in cracks at all (at least not anymore), if you want these credits, create an intro entry which you can then link to this crack release entry

Music is wrongly credited to Jeroen Tel in the intro.

There were reportedly errors while dumping this disk; I have only verified cracktro and title screen works. The rest may work, or may not. Thanks to bitbear for donating the floppy, and to dozer for dumping.
