This one isn't stranger. Read my comment...

But this release is weird...

Both WCC and TUF are writing as release time 1987... TUF sends greetings to 'The Movers'... WCC sends greetings to 'Dynamic Duo'...

Dynamic Duo didn't existed in december 1987 anymore and The Movers haven't existed in december 1986 yet...

I've always wondered about this one.

I remember seeing an earlier import of this, and I thought that the crack date was suspicious (even when I initially got the game back in the 1980's).

My hunch is that some European group tossed this game to a "lamer" US group after editing the crack date, or the lamer US group edited the crack date themselves.

I guess the only way to be sure is to find a native Euro release of this and put the question to rest.

However, the scroller mentions a few games (Lightforce and Tarzan, for example) which were cracked and released in 1986.

Hm...

A note- the scroller isn't visible on NTSC machines, so the first time I have ever read it through was just before uploading it here.

Year should probably be 1986.
I can't check this at the moment but what exactly is Part 2 of 1943? One Year After?

Release date is the import date, one day after the crack.
