Wow! I thought I was dreaming when I read the credits for this logo masterpiece! Welcome to the C64! Now that is one seriously sweet logo... more to come? I think this screenshot would look even better in the pepto palette.

@Archmage: Not only coding something for it, but coding it in the middle of the night while nearly falling asleep :D

That's the spirit!

Very nice indeed. Love how you achieved an almost orange looking feel with how you combined the colours.

Thanks guys! Really good fun for me to get so much positive response here. It really inspires me.

As for the amigaish-comments: guilty as charged. I spent the years 88-94 doing gfx on the Amiga. I won't go back to doing that, but I am really eager to do a lot more for the c64.

And a big thank you to Graham for actually coding something for this! I'm stunned! :D

I was bored a little so I programmed a FLI display routine for this picture. A executable PRG version of this logo is here:

[...]

Sadly I could not add this file to this CSDb entry because it was locked already.

Very nice first c64 gfx, looks Amigaish. Welcome to our superior scene. You could try Timanthes (sorry Oswald), it can save fli as executable. (ow, just heard that the latest version can do so, which hasn't made it to this database yet)

This is my very first effort for the 64. Made in a day in P1. I would really like to know how I could make this .fli an executable. Forgive my ignorance here, but I'm just getting started. Any help is appreciated.

Hope you like it. Made for my buddies at www.bitfellas.org.
