All the info about USR is already in the comment below and in the trivia of the scener. User Comment Submitted by assiduous on 20 December 2010 in the demo credits theres "sfx by usr" but the music is by Flash/Radwar. either they meant special effects not sound effects or USR is another handle used by Flash. the webpage of Radwar doesnt have USR in the member list.
