The game does not share anything but its title with the 1982 flick "Who Dares Wins" ("Das Kommando"). Check it out, *if* you can track it down ;)

For sure this pic shows Richard Wydmark ;) The game is based on a movie from 1982. Funny fact: German movietitle is called 'Commando'.

ok taking inspiration from CBA i have uploaded this sole screenshot i have from one of my early missing pics. It was released stand alone and was also used on a Binary Code Smashers release of Who Dares Wins (the original IIRC not II). any help in tracing this would be appreciated.
