Mh. It's a good release. Yes, probably retail version would have been better, but that fact doesn't make this version worse. Hisaver is imho always a good addition to a cartridge game. At least from the gamer's perspective.

I did this mainly for the Hi-Saver, to trace my own progress. The trainers were just added to make it complete as I was working on it anyway. It's relaxing to just assemble some faces without the time pressure. But hedning was right to mention that no valid score-codes should be generated when playing this way, so I disabled it.

Ehh, wouldn't it have been more relevant to release the still new retail-version instead of the ancient compo-version? This one doesn't make any sense...
(yesyes, everybody should support the retail-version and buy it, I did that as well - and it rules, but this is still supposed to be a "cracking scene" and now you've merely done work on just another public domain-title, while you could've actually made an effort to get your hands on a real original)

As usual, total neglect for his surrounds. Love the energy, only if it was channeled in another direction. Each to their own.

Ah! Phew. Retail version uses different codes, so all is well...

@hedning: There you got a point with the codes. Uploaded new file with disabled code generation when using a trainer.
@Heavy Stylus: It is based on the compo version.

That screenshot suggests this is the compo version, but I fear it is not.

Does this really need a trainer? And if included, wouldn't it have been better for the trained version to NOT generate highscore codes when the cheat is enabled?

Oh well. Thanks.

"Just for fun", sure... With your unlimited time trainer you just destroyed the fun for all the guys that sent in codes to enthusi. And why a hiscore-saver when there is no hiscore table? Never understood that either... Well. Enough whining for today.
