Actually the hand looks just fine. Use your imagination a bit. If the spider just bit the hand, the finger tendons would contract, distorting the natural posture of the hand. The hand looks like it was created perfectly. It just has an injury.

on the little screen I saw on the stream this looked like a photography =) but yeah, while the spider itself deserves a 10, the hand looks wrong, maybe it's an Escher-ish optical effect, so to say =)

The spider looks fantastic. I can't imagine it done better. But what's with the fingers? Is the pinkie growing out of the ring finger?
