Interesting find. It's unlikely that this is the final, production version. This version of intro flickers in NTSC, and the flashline only supports four lines of text but more are seen in actual NEC releases using this intro.

Also interesting that Chrizz gave them an easy way to change the text palette, because I don't think NEC ever took advantage of that. Every instance of this intro I've seen uses the default colors.
