I just measured it: the cars are indeed exactly the right size – maybe 0.3 pixels too small.

Well... the house is the partyplace of the currently ongoing C64 meeting Kozmos 2018 (at where the pic was drawn). It's quite big. The cars refer to the actual current set-up of Scapegoat's, Tape's, Trurl's and Barfly's vehicles. Ref: https://www.ursa.fi/~koski/starparty/ds2003/160_6034.jpg
