I love this tune. Especially the part that goes all filter-weird.

awesome tune.. way too short.. some of the cool effects could really make up some very nice elements if exploited with love in a remix.. a SID remix ;-)

Actually my favorite is still "X-Large 4" from the Sid-collection, part from perhaps Heins' things for Focus :O But the sounds and the clarity, thank you!/James

Gave this a 10 on the party, but actually just because I wanted to use the whole voting spectrum. On the party I thought, nice, an 8.5 in my book probably. But after listening a few times, the tune really grew on me and it now is a (yet close) 10 to me. The arpeggios at about one and a half minute inside the tune gave me goosebumps and the inbetween chipped rave sounds are interesting to explore on close listening. Very good work, Jeff!

While this tune had a BIG impact at the party and I even remember myself playing a prophet on Saturday evening and telling people that Jeff will surely be the winner - I can't help feeling disappointed, listening to it now. Latin-like finish still tastes good, but the rest seems a bit empty and forced to me. Where did all that power go? :(

Thanks for the nice words!
Richard: it's a 4-speed tune, even though it started out sounding like a singlespeed tune, but that was intentionally :)
Randall: I do actually see your points... it's a bit like it's small parts of "something"...
The power? well if you mean the missing bass overload at the party sound equipment, then I do also see your point...
Thruth is that I worked on this tune over 14 days or so, without having much inspiration and didn't know where to start, as I with my new player suddenly had too many features to try out.
Now that I am a bit more relaxed I hope to start on some tunes that are not so much of a mess. Trying to make things fit a bit more together.
As I've mentioned to people before, I do lack some music skills, so that's something for me to work on.
Thanks for an honest comment. :)
