This was not spread at Venlo Meeting September 1989 but at if anything at
Venlo Meeting September 1990
Intro has some unused text from previously released stuff:
"...on the meeting they'll make in july 1990"
this same text appear in the intro of Para Academy +3 found on this same disk. Clearly reused with just changed some text.
"wait for my next demo called 'might iii'" while I can't see any Yankees demo called like that,
Might II was released in october 1989, more proof this can't be from 09/89.
In the same spreaddisk there are releases from 1990, deleted but easily recoverable.
Para Academy +3
Big Fun
"this old song called big fun/innercity was done by mare/yankees in august 1990"
I Love Fairlight
Mariane
Funny Tune

i wouldnt put too much weight into the release date either - lots of stuff back in the days was released much later than what the scrollers claim :)

How can this be released in 1989 with 2 songs from 1990?
Rodney Balay's Warm_Touch.sid (should be 1990 and not 1991, just added a credit fix for it)
Metal's Telefax.sid
these 2 songs must be investigated
