This artwork required a lot of patience I think, and really, there are no artifacts at all :)
The MC mode fits quite well to the isometric projection, giving the illusion of a Hi-res picture... MC mode is only recognizable on rounded/circular parts that aren't parallel with the isometric base-vectors..
